How we work
A Florida company, honest about the subfloor
JE Company LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. Insurance details are available on request before work begins.
We don't do structural, electrical or plumbing work — those go to licensed contractors. And we won't install over a subfloor that isn't ready, even when the material is already on site and everyone wants it finished: a floor laid over moisture or an uneven slab fails, and the warranty goes with it.

The questions we get most
Can you lay over my existing floor?
Sometimes, and sometimes it's a false economy. We'll tell you honestly after the measure rather than taking the easier job.
Do you test for moisture?
Where the manufacturer's instructions require it, yes. In Florida it matters more than most places, and skipping it voids warranties.
Can I supply my own materials?
Yes. We'll quote fit-only, and we're clear that we can't warrant materials we didn't supply.
How long will a room take?
It depends on preparation more than installation. The quote states the expected days, and preparation is where surprises live.
Can I stay in the property?
Usually, with the work phased room by room. For refinishing there are cure times that limit access, and we'll explain those before booking.
Are you insured?
Yes, with details available on request before work begins.
