Stage 1 · Measure
Areas, levels and existing condition.
Four services for residential and commercial clients, quoted after a free measure.
Tile shows every flaw in the surface beneath it. We level the substrate, waterproof wet areas properly, and set out the layout before the first tile goes down — because cuts at a doorway are a planning decision, not an accident.
Areas, levels and existing condition.
Levelling and waterproofing where needed.
Layout planned before setting.
Set, grouted and sealed.
Areas, transitions and existing floor.
Moisture where the manufacturer requires it.
Levelled to tolerance.
To the manufacturer's instructions.
These materials are forgiving about traffic and unforgiving about moisture and unevenness. We test where the manufacturer requires it, level the subfloor to tolerance, and install to the instructions — which is what keeps the warranty intact.
Refinishing is the cheapest way to transform a tired wood floor, provided there's enough thickness left to sand. We check that first, control the dust properly, and apply finishes to a schedule that lets each coat cure rather than rushing to hand back the room.
Thickness, damage and whether sanding is viable.
Repairs, dust containment, room cleared.
Through the grits, properly.
Coats applied with proper cure time.
Existing flooring lifted and disposed of.
Levels, cracks and moisture.
Levelled, patched, mitigated.
Checked before installation starts.
Removal and preparation are quoted separately so you can see the real cost. Old adhesive, uneven slabs and moisture all have to be dealt with before installation, and skipping any of them is how a new floor fails within a year.
